DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVE MUSCAT

• Arrive at Dubai international airport
• After that, depart for Muscat
• Arrive at Muscat International Airport
• Meet & assist at the airport and transfer to Aloft Muscat Hotel.

DAY 2: HALF DAY MUSCAT CITY TOUR

• Tour starts at 08:30 in the morning with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque one of the largest mosques in the Middle East, followed by a visit to the Royal Opera house.
• Next stop will be at picturesque Corniche and then to once walled “Old Muscat” district where you will visit the Muttrah fort followed by the Bait Al Zubair Museum (a private collection exhibiting the wealth of Oman’s history and thus imparting knowledge about the country’s rich culture and traditions to the visitors).
• This will be followed by a photo stop at the residence of his Majesty Haitham Bin Tariq, the Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. Before ending the tour you will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you can bargain for Omani handicrafts and silver items.
• After the lunch at local restaurant transfer to Al Falaj Hotel.

DAY 3: MUSCAT – SUR – WAHIBASANDS

• Morning before proceeding to Wahiba Sands. , proceed to Desert, on the way visit to the first stop is Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue-green water at its bottom. Next stop is fins beach.
• Next stop is Wadi shab, which is certainly one of the most gorgeous destinations in Oman.
• Then proceed to visit the very dilapidated ruins of Bibi Miriam’s tomb and the village of Wadi Tiwi, which is surrounded by rugged mountains.
• Lunch at Local restaurant.
• Board the 4WD at Al Wasil.
• Then we drive to Wadi Bani Khalid, an oasis spot in the middle of the barren and dry mountains.
• Then we proceed to Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating red and white sea of sands.
• After that arrive at the home of a Bedouin Family.
• Enjoy a camel ride (optional) on the dunes.
• Enjoy the BBQ dinner and overnight stay at Desert Night camp.

DAY 4: WAHIBASANDS  – NIZWA – JABALAKDHAR

• After breakfast, drive to Jabrin Castle built in 17th century is one of the finest of its kind.
• After the lunch at local restaurant we proceed to Bahla.
• Visit Bahla Fort. Which fort as one of the UNESCO heritage sites.
• Afternoon departure to the historic town of Nizwa, Oman’s cultural capital.
• Later transfer to Jabal Akdhar by 4WD.

DAY 5: JABAL AKDHAR

• Breakfast at the hotel, We proceed to Wadi Al Madeen by 4wd.
• From here a 36 km stretch of winding road leads us to Jabel Akhdar (2000m above sea level).
• After lunch at local restaurant and transfer to hotel.

DAY 6: NIZWA – ABU DHABI

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out of the hotel by 4WD and drop the group at Nizwa, then continue drive to Abu Dhabi by coach.
• Upon reaching Abu Dhabi, enjoy a city tour. Drive through the Abu Dhabi corniche and downtown, visit the Emirates Heritage club village and the founders memorial and dates market. Visit YAS island, the theme park capital of Abu Dhabi and have a photo stop near Warner brothers studio and Ferrari world. Visit the Louvre Museum.

DAY 7: ABU DHABI – DUBAI

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi, and then continue to Dubai.
• Upon reaching Dubai, enjoy a city tour.
• Visit the Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah beach, sheikh Zayed road, witness the Museum of the future and Burj Al Arab from outside. Visit Al seef, Old Dubai and enjoy a water taxi ride. Visit the famous souks of Dubai selling gold and spices.
• Check in at the hotel and spend some time at leisure.
• Enjoy a dinner cruise in the Dubai marina at night and transfer to Avani Dubai Deira.

DAY 8: DEPARTURE

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Proceed to airport for departure.
